Freedom Tackle Wire Dropshot Weights

The Freedom Tackle Wire Drop Shot Weight is designed for anglers who want to cover water while fishing rocky bottoms, ledges, heavy current, and other snag-prone structure. Its cylinder-style body features a stiff wire extending from the bottom, helping keep the bulk of the weight elevated above rocks, debris, and bottom vegetation where conventional drop-shot weights can become wedged or fouled.

The wire can be trimmed to the desired length, allowing anglers to customize the presentation for different bottom conditions. Unlike quick-change drop-shot clips, the Wire Drop Shot uses a traditional line tie, which allows it to be used for drop-shotting as well as 3-way rigs, slide rigs, and direct-tie applications. Each weight is embossed with its size for quick identification.

Its design also provides excellent bottom feedback, making it especially useful when casting a drop shot down ledges or working through current and irregular rocky structure.
