Online: LandBigFish.com gladly accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Please note that your credit card must have a U.S. or Canadian billing address. We also accept PayPal and Venmo.

Shipping Information – Rates

What are the shipping rates?

Actual shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. For orders placed within the contiguous 48 states, the following shipping charges will be applied based on the corresponding customer order totals:

$50 and over = Free Standard Shipping

$0 to $49.99 = Actual shipping rate

The customer will be charged the actual shipping cost for all expedited shipping options.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time on regular business days normally ship within two business days. Some exceptions may apply during sales events. Orders are normally shipped on a first-in, first-out basis.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship in the most economical way. These may be delivered by the United States Post Office (USPS), UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or a combination of these. It is not uncommon to have multiple packages per order.

Can I ship to more than one address?

No.

I only received part of my order.

We use a network of vendors for fulfillment. 95% of orders are fulfilled at the LandBigFish warehouse, but it is not uncommon to have two or more packages per order. We try to consolidate into a single shipment whenever possible. Make sure to check the latest shipping notes on your order status page for the most current shipping information.

Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. You will also receive e-mail updates as your order is being processed. If you are not receiving our e-mails please verify your e-mail address was correctly entered at checkout. Also check your spam or junk folder to make sure it was not misplaced.

How do I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is shipped.

Shipping outside US/Canada?

All foreign orders are billed via PayPal and charged actual shipping cost.

Gift Cards

Customer-purchased gift cards have no expiration date. Any gift cards given as promotions, donations, or giveaways will expire 12 months after the issue date. Gift cards are NOT eligible for any discounts or purchasable with any promotional codes.

Returns Policy

Buy with confidence, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days to return any new, unused products in their original, unopened packaging. Rods must still have any tags attached. Buyer is responsible for all return charges. If an item you ordered from LandBigFish.com does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.

If you receive a package that was damaged during shipping, please provide pictures of the package and its contents. Please send pictures along with your name and order number to info@landbigfish.com. We will issue a return label and handle the claim for you.

If you receive an incorrect item(s), please e-mail us pictures of the items along with your name and order number to info@landbigfish.com. We will issue a return label upon receipt and attempt to ship you the correct item.

Your payment will be credited once the items are received and restocked in our inventory.

Exchange Policy

No exchanges are available. You simply order a different item via our website on a separate order.

Back Order Policy

With an up-to-the-minute live inventory feed, we take every precaution to prevent backorders. However, during sale events and periods of high traffic, oversells occasionally occur. If you have a back-ordered item, we will keep the back order open for 30 days from the time of your order. If that item is received within those 30 days, your backorder will be shipped upon its arrival with no additional shipping charge to you. If you do not wish to wait for that item to be restocked, you may request a refund at any time.

Lost or stolen package?

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier using the provided tracking number for further assistance. Land Big Fish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is determined to be stolen, then contact your local authorities.
