At its core is a lightweight and rigid ZAION V Monocoque (MQ) Body. The one-piece MQ construction eliminates the traditional side plate, improving rigidity and allowing additional internal space for larger gearing. Daiwa pairs this construction with its AIRDRIVE Design, including a lightweight ZAION V AIRDRIVE Rotor, seamless tubular AIRDRIVE Bail, and lightweight AIRDRIVE Spool for responsive rotation, improved balance, and smooth line management.
Unique details help distinguish the 60th Anniversary model from the standard Tatula MQ LT, including a machined aluminum custom handle arm, custom ZAION handle knob, and commemorative silver finish. Both available sizes use a fast 6.2:1 gear ratio and deep-capacity spools.
