V & M - Pacemaker Flatline Football Jig

The V&M Pacemaker Flatline Football Jig was designed by 2013 Bassmaster Classic Champion Cliff Pace for dragging across offshore structure while maintaining consistent bottom contact. Its wide, flat football-style platform provides excellent stability, helping the jig resist rolling as it works across rock, gravel, ledges, points, and other hard-bottom structure.

A distinctive feature of the Flatline is its raised triangular bottom design. As the jig is dragged, this section pushes sediment outward, creating a wider disturbance or dust cloud that can help attract the attention of nearby bass. The jig is built around a custom 5/0 heavy-wire hook with a recessed 30-degree line tie, providing the strength and leverage needed for solid hooksets.

Finished with a heavy-duty fiber weed guard and high-quality silicone skirt, the Flatline Football Jig is an excellent choice for pairing with craw, creature, and chunk-style trailers.
