The Missile Baits Buzz Wagon is a premium full-size buzzbait designed for anglers who want maximum surface disturbance, dependable tracking and excellent hookup performance. Developed by professional angler John Crews and manufactured in the USA by Brazalo Lures, the Buzz Wagon is built specifically to pair with a toad or compact swimbait trailer.
At the heart of the Buzz Wagon is a lightweight anodized aluminum blade that allows the bait to get on plane quickly and stay on the surface at slower retrieve speeds. The blade contacts a sleeve on the wire to create a distinctive clunking and squealing sound, adding vibration and noise to help draw aggressive topwater strikes.
The 5/16 oz missile-shaped weight helps the bait remain properly keeled while securely holding a soft-plastic toad or swimbait. An approximately 1/4-inch drop in the wire positions the bait slightly lower during the retrieve and creates additional separation between the hook and blade to help improve hookups.
The Buzz Wagon is armed with a stout 3/0 Gamakatsu Flip/Punch Hook featuring a Nano coating for smooth penetration and the strength needed when fishing braided line around heavy cover. A custom cone positioned ahead of the blade also helps prevent grass and debris from wrapping around the blade.
