The Geecrack Bellows Shad 6.8" is an oversized soft-plastic swimbait designed to deliver big drawing power while maintaining the versatility of a traditional soft-plastic worm. Developed in collaboration with Alton Jones Jr. and Marshall Arnwine (The Homeless Fisherman), its long, narrow profile produces a strong swimming action while providing enough bulk to appeal to quality bass.
The Bellows Shad features Geecrack's signature deep-ribbed body from head to tail. These ribs grab water and create vibration and natural movement throughout the bait, including the tail. The slimmer profile also allows it to move through cover more easily than the wider Bellows Gill design.
Made from Geecrack's proprietary S.A.F. material, the Bellows Shad combines salt, amino acids, and strong shrimp flavor to provide added scent and taste. The soft material also helps maximize natural movement and encourages fish to hold onto the bait longer after a strike.
The 6.8" size is exceptionally versatile for such a large bait. Fish it on a belly-weighted swimbait hook and burn it through the water, rig it on a Neko rig, work it through cover, or use it as an oversized trailer on a ChatterBait or swim jig. Geecrack recommends a 7/0 offset hook for the 6.8" model.
