We will reply with return instructions. If you receive a package damaged during shipping, please contact us via your order status page or our contact page. We will ask you to provide pictures of the package along with the contents inside. Please reply with requested pictures to help expedite your case. We will issue a return label and handle the claim for you. If you receive an incorrect item(s) please contact us. We will then have you e-mail us pictures of the items along with your name and order number.
