Lew's was originally founded on the grounds of
innovation, and in the eyes of new owner Lynn
Reeves, that is what this company is still
about and will always be about. A longtime
fishing industry veteran, Reeves purchased the
Lew's name and many affiliated trademarks,
including Speed Spool, Speed Spin® and Speed
Stick, from the Lew Childre family. In doing
so, he's promised to protect the heritage and
continue the tradition of being an innovator.
