A true-to-nature shad profile swimbait, the Shadtron™ LT features a pioneering over/under line-through harness that allows for both top hook rigging with an included single hook or belly rigging with a treble hook (not included.) Propelled by a rounded, wedge- shaped tail, the Shadtron swims with a genuine shad motion, activated by a wide range of speeds, including extra slow retrieves. Lifelike body sculpt reflects accurate gill plate, eye, scale and fin details, while the swimbait’s 10X Tough ElaZtech® composition withstands heavy abuse from gamefish and significantly outlasts traditional swimbaits. A custom, heavy-duty 3/0 (4.5") or 5/0 (6") sickle-shaped, black nickel, needlepoint hook provides exceptional strength and penetration and impressive hookset-to-liplock ratios. Precisely balanced weighted harness and buoyant superplastic material combine to help maintain lure's upright posture on the slowest retrieves, during the fall and even at rest on the bottom.
