Put the filets in a bag with the salad dressing while you mix the butter, (5 minutes is enough, not any more than 10) get the butter room temp, mix the parsley, garlic salt, pepper in the butter until a paste, coat a baking caserole dish with 1/4 of the butter, rub the filets in the butter really thick and put them in the dish. Slice 1/2 of the lime and lemon into thin circles and cube the tomatoes, sprinkle the diced tomatoes all over and put a lime and lemon slice on each filet, squeeze the rest of the lime and lemon all over. Preheat oven to 400. bake em till flakey. Serve with rice.
