Ingredients
  • 12 filets of Sheepshead
  • 3 med sized yellow squash
  • 2 zuchini squash
  • 1 onion
  • 6 sprigs of celery leaf
Directions
place two filets of Sheepshead in either Parchment paper or aluminum foil. top with sliced squash (1/2) zuchini, sliced onion and one sprig of celery leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Fold top and sides and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 mins.
Other Notes
You may serve with Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay
