season fish with red paprika, garlic, onion, dill and parsley, approx 2 pieces of asparagus should fit on each piece of tilapia fold the fish over the tilapia and season again. crush olives and feta cheese, mix with vinegarette and pur just a bit over each piece of tilapia to taste. bake just til fish is ready

can serve over a bed of mixed greens and use left over vinegarette mix or i used wheat germ (form of rice) with toasted crushed pecans and roasted garlic
