  • Your favourite BBQ sauce
  • season salt
  • pepper
  • Mrs Dash
Directions
Clean and debone steelhead fillets, but leave skin on!! Heat grill to med-high heat. Place fillets skin side down on racks. Apply BBQ sauce to fillets and close lid. Grill until fish flakes easily.
