Ingredients
  • 1 (6-ounce) can tuna in water (drained and flaked)
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, tomato, cheese, and basil. Distribute evenly in the pie plate.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, biscuit mix, eggs, and pepper until mixture is smooth. Pour into pie plate.

4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Other Notes
Great as is. But you can add veggies or other seasonings to taste.
