Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. of fresh tuna
  • 1/2 package of fresh spring mix
  • 4 cups of teriyaki sauce
  • 4 cups of sesame dressing
  • 2 cups of shredded ginger
  • 1/2 cup of wasabi
  • 3 cups of salt
Directions
First, marinate the tuna with the teriyaki sauce and salt. Cook the tuna, but it should mostly be raw. Place the tuna steak on top of the spring mix and pour the sesame dressing on top of the salad. For those who like spicy things, place the wasabi and shredded ginger on top of the steak.
Other Notes
You should eat this meal with hot, steamed rice.
