Ingredients
  • salt
  • pepper
  • celery seed
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • tabasco soy
  • lemon
Directions
Marinate Steaks or fillets for an hour in olive oil, tabasco soy, with dash salt, pepper with celery seed and dill to taste. Cook on hot barbque brushing occasionally with marinade to keep moist. Turn your fish with a spatula. Timing is important so as not to overcook. Serve with lemon wedge.
