Ingredients
  • saugeye fillets
  • egg
  • fine cornmeal
  • olive oil
Directions
Beat egg in a bowl and dip saugeye in egg then corn meal and fry in a little bit of heated olive oil until done. Make sure olive oil is heated.

**soak saugeye in lightly salted water overnight before hand if you want**
