One fielt apx 4-5 lbs steelhead/or red spring de-boned and skinned..
1 3/4 cup mayonase
1 1/2 tbls fresh dill
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes / diced but not to fine (from oil)
2 1/2 tbls soya sauce
2 good sized cloves garlic/ very finley diced
Directions
Mix, mayo, dill, tomatoes, soya and garlic all togeather. Cover fish meat 100% on tin foil with all. If possiable let marinade coverd overnite in fridge, but not necessary. Then barbecue on medium-lo heat, ,you will empress your friends. dont under cook.
