This recipe was great. Loved the flavor of the sauce added a little sake to add a little extra flavor. I got a friend, who does not like to eat fish, to try it. She loved it.

Well impressed. Agree it helps to have more glaze. We also used raw sugar (light brown) which worked. And for any other Brits who struggle with the US details(like I did!) Corn Starch = Corn Flour and a Cup is 16 tablespoons or about 250ml. Great website.

Very Good! Needs a little more sauce so double the liquids and 1/2 again on the cornstarch. Using yellowfin tuna makes it even better!

Excellent! Make sure you don't put the pepper in the sauce though - very spicy!!

This receipe is great with olive oil and more sauce as the quarter cup of broth was not enough for us, so I used I cup of broth and modified the other ingredients, so there wasn't too much sugar etc. It was delicious.
