Season fish liberally with lemon pepper and seasoned salt. Rub seasonings into fillets. Arrange fillets in greased fish basket. Grill over high heat until fish is lightly browned on both sides. Before removing fish from grill, squeeze generous amount of squeeze butter on fillets. Flip basket; apply more butter. Allow butter to flame slightly; flip basket again until browned on both sides. Remove from grill. Serve with lemon wedges.
