Ingredients
  • 3-4 cans tuna - drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red capsicum
  • 1 egg - lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbs dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs tartare sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
Directions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix togther completely. Seperate the mixture into four or fve equal patties. Heat oil stove till hot and place patties in. Cook tuna patties 8-10 minutes per side, turning only once. Serve on buns with a little tartare sauce and enjoy.
