Using a boneless skinless Tilapia fillet, dip your fish in an egg wash. Then roll in seasoned flour. Use the spice Hunter Fish Seasoning we offer, seasoned flour, white flour, Hunter's Fish Seasoning. Pepper and salt to taste. In a sauté pan, use butter, olive oil, or vegetable oil. Heat the oil on medium heat. When oil is hot, sauté the floured Tilapia for two minutes on each side. Serve on toasted bread and pour the dripping from pan over the sautéed Tilapia.
