Ingredients
  • 1 can albacore
  • 1/4 cup cheese: American
  • cheddar and/or Colby
  • 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish or sweet gherkins
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • green bell pepper
Directions
Mix well all ingredients but green pepper. Arrange on bed of lettuce. Garnish with strips of bell pepper. Chill
