Use a sliding sinker rig with about 12 inches of 40 pound mono for the leader. Use a 6/0 or 7/0 hook and put as much grass shrimp on as you could. They bit like catfish. Sometimes they pull the rod down several times. Set it the 2nd or 3rd time. Fishing after rain is good. Also try eel dipped in it's blood.
