The Migrator is a 33'Baha Sportfisherman ocean going vessel built with your comfort and safety in mind.We are also equipped with all the latest fishing and electronic fishing equipment.
The species of fish we target are King Salmon (Chinook), Coho Salmon (silvers), Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, and Lake Trout. Some of these fish can get to be 30 or more pounds!
You will be fishing with a Captain who takes great pride in his boat and fishing expertise.
Whether you are a seasoned fisherman or a first timer, we will do everything possible to make your day with us a safe, fun and memorable one. WELCOME ABOARD!!
This way, you KNOW you are hunting in the BEST field we have for that particular day. If your group is larger than four people, we will make arrangements to accomodate you.
We plan our hunts with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.
We hunt over spreads of Big Foots, G&H Shells and Outlaws, depending on the hunting conditions. You will be in spacious heated pits and blinds and get to meet a great labrador retriever named 'Toon'. (Bring an extra donut)
If you have a hunting dog of your own, and your party books the entire pit, feel free to bring your dog along. Please let me know ahead of time if you do decide to do so.
To the best of my knowledge, we are the only Waterfowl Club to have a "no opportunity to shoot- no pay" policy. What this means is if you do not have an opportunity to harvest a duck or goose, you do not have to pay ANYTHING for the hunt and your full deposit will be refunded. The reason I can make this offer is that I only take one group out per day.
Along with being in the Heart of the Mississippi Flyway, we are fortunate to have a tremendous number of resident geese in Northern Illinois. With less hunting pressure than in other areas of the state, our Goal is to be able to offer our Guests the opportunity to harvest Giant Canada Geese within 20 yards of the Blind. We are located one hour NorthWest of Chicago.
There are NO hidden guide fees, just one set price. We are fully insured and licensed. We also hunt the Early September Goose Season. During the September Goose Season, we offer a Goosehunt & Salmon Fishing Combo Day.
